How Much Does an EOR Cost in the Philippines?

Last updated: November 2026

The total cost is the employee's gross salary plus mandatory employer contributions, the 13th-month salary and the EOR service fee. Providers charge either a flat monthly fee per employee or a percentage of payroll, so always ask for a written proposal that lists all fees.

Flat Fee vs. Percentage of Payroll

With a percentage-of-payroll model, the EOR service fee increases as salaries rise. A flat monthly fee is more predictable for higher salaries. Compare the model and the full written fee breakdown rather than the service fee alone.
